Sweat the details
A clean transfer, a legible certificate, an honest empty state. Craft compounds. We would rather ship one surface that feels considered than five that feel rushed.
Default to candor
We say what is true, including when it is inconvenient. No fabricated traction, no vanity metrics. If a thing is not ready, we say it is not ready.
Small team, wide ownership
You own outcomes, not tickets. The person closest to a problem makes the call and carries it through to something a customer can actually use.
